- We exchange our equipment every year with a new brewer so that the inside looks as good as the outside.
- We exchange ALL of our glass decanters when we deliver - we don’t clean them at your facility! If we don’t exchange your glass decanters - you don’t pay for that delivery. You’re paying for service -you should be getting what you’re paying for!
